Order patient leaflets

All of our patient information leaflets are free to download from our website - please see our resources page.

Complete the form below if you'd like to order hard copies for your practice/clinic. The number you order refers to the total number of leaflets you will receive unless otherwise indicated. You may order up to 150 of each leaflet unless otherwise stated.

These printed materials are free of charge – so please only order the amount you need. This helps us respect the environment, as well as consider the charity’s costs for printing and postage. Although this service is free, voluntary donations are always appreciated.

Should any of the leaflets you order be out of stock, they will be sent to you as soon as they become available again.

Please note, our leaflets cannot be sent outside the UK.
