How to take part in the online AGM

To join the meeting you must register in advance. You can register any time from 18 September up to 5pm on 9 December.  

To register please click the link below and enter your details on Zoom.

If you would prefer to listen live on the day via conference call, dial 020 3481 5237. Calls will be charged at your normal UK phone rates. You will not be able to ask any questions this way.

Proxy votes/submit questions

All paid up members can vote in the resolutions or may appoint the Chair or other proxy to vote, in a poll, on their behalf.

You can also submit any items to be raised under Item 6: Any other business or any questions you might have.

• To participate on Tuesday 10 December, please visit return to this page (macularsociety.org/agm) just before 3:30pm and click 'Join AGM’.
• Taking part is free. If you are joining from a smart phone or tablet, you will need to download the Zoom software/‘app’ in advance. There is no need to download any software onto a PC or laptop. You don’t need a camera or microphone, just a way to listen online.
• Remember: Only full paying members are able to vote or ask questions. Six-month free members can join and listen but cannot vote or ask questions.
